Located within the GBLV Salon Suite building in Las Vegas, NV, our studio offers a clean, modern, and private treatment room to ensure a comfortable and discreet waxing experience. At Southern Peach Wax Co., all services are by appointment only to ensure every client receives the time, attention, and privacy they deserve. We do not accept walk-ins, so please schedule your appointment in advance. A valid card on file is required when booking to secure your appointment. This policy helps us maintain a smooth scheduling process and ensures availability for all clients.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the service total to the card on file. If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment or do not show up, you will be charged 100% of the service total. This policy applies to all cancellations, including those due to illness or menstrual cycles.
If you have booked multiple services and arrive with insufficient hair growth, or if you choose to cancel or decline part of your scheduled services while at your appointment, you will still be charged 50% of the incomplete services. This policy also applies if you wish to remove services with less than 24 hours’ notice. This ensures that we can maintain availability for all clients and respect the time set aside for your appointment.
In order to provide a quality service we do have a 5 minute grace period. If you are running late please notify your service provider as soon as possible and she will do her best to accommodate you, however, if we are booked and are unable to accommodate tardiness, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service total.
For the best waxing results, we require 3-4 weeks of hair growth before your appointment. All new clients will receive a confirmation text the week of their appointment to ensure proper regrowth. If you arrive with insufficient hair length and are unable to be waxed, you will still be charged 50% of the service total.
